The Comindware company, the resident of Skolkovo Foundation, in February, 2018 announced implementing solution for digitalization of business processes of HR based on Comindware Business Application Platform in "Croc Inc.", the Russian system integrator.

Comindware provides digital Low-code the platform for enterprise management. At the heart of the platform — process management (BPMS), cases (ACM), tasks plus social interaction. Among the solutions developed on the platform — sales management (CRM), tasks and instructions, work with suppliers (SRM) and also MDM, ITSM and many other process applications.

For the purpose of optimization of HR processes and the user experience of employees Croc, the applicants and partners interacting with HR department was started the project of digital transformation of HR. Within this project it was decided to create a single system of the integrated applications for automation of HR processes using RPA technologies (Robotic Process Automation) and natural languag processing (NLP) with elements of machine learning.

System implementation allowed to reduce time for routine work of staff of HR services of the company. Thanks to automation of works on the organization of educational actions in the companies, completion dates are reduced on average by 91%. Formation of participant lists on internal training takes 4 times less time now. Thanks to replacement of Excel files by the automated solutions with the friendly interface it was succeeded to simplify considerably control of processes on preparation of training courses, efficiency of personnel processes on issue of references, signing of the contracts with contractors and payment of accounts, etc. Within the project the pilot on adaptation of new employees by means of the chat-bot was also started.

Further expansion of functionality of a HR system for the purpose of the solution of business challenges requires participation of business analysts with the minimum involvement of IT specialists. Besides, Low-code the platform at the heart of a HR system lays the foundation for digital transformation and other divisions of the company in a short time and also allows to implement successfully similar projects of digital transformation of HR for external customers of the company.

The product Comindware allowed us to create a flexible solution for business process automation in the companies. The HR command Croc became the first customer. In total for half a year we managed to reduce labor costs of HR specialists by 3000 man-hours — Felix Skvortsov, the head of digital projects of Croc company noted. — But even more significant result — an opportunity to scale the similar decision on all company without involvement of internal IT personnel in a short time.
