2020: Implementation of the updated instruments of antivirus protection

On March 5, 2020 the Digital Design company reported that the Administration of the Vladimir region strengthened protection and increased convenience of work of users of a system based on the platform of the joint communications CommuniGate Pro.

According to the company, a basis of effective work of any organization are internal communications. The staff of Administration Vladimir region uses the CommuniGate Pro platform providing convenient and various methods of interaction and providing high degree security data.

The functionality of the solution CommuniGate Pro includes:

• e-mail;
• management of calendars and plans;
• control of execution of tasks;
• holding audio conferences and video calls;
• instant messaging;
• data encryption, storage of corporate content and many other things.

In Administration a system is used for ensuring communication between the staff of different divisions, planning of actions, storages of the address directory and a contact information, operational informing employees and interaction with partners. At the same time requirements of the organization for speed, methods and volumes of information exchange increase every year. As a result of successful experience of use in 2019 it was accepted decisions on increase in number of users from 600 to 1,300. The Digital Design company implemented the project on delivery of additional licenses, expansion of opportunities of the platform and on gain anti-virus and an antispam of protection of Administration.

The Vladimir region became one of the first which started works in the field of import substitution in the field of information technologies. Since 2010 we conduct systematic work on decrease in dependence on foreign software, and for March, 2020 is implemented already many projects contributing to the development of communication both in the organization and for communication with citizens. Our employees use several years the CommuniGate Pro platform therefore for us it is important to develop it regarding security and implementation of processes. For convenience and a possibility of introduction of operational changes at the level of divisions the opportunity for work of administrators with settings of domains of the third level was provided. Also for convenience of user account control integration into external LDAP directories which are uniform source of data on users now was configured. Thus, process of automatic creation and removal of the user account and also control of their structure was configured.

In general the security of the organization by means of implementation of the updated instruments of antivirus protection based on the CommuniGate Pro platform and connection of the antispam function was improved. In the near future the Administration of the Vladimir region plans further development of the communications system.

2018: Connection of the press service to CommuniGate Pro

On January 31, 2018 the Digital Design company announced project completion on setup of an electronic mail system of Administration of the Vladimir region based on a domestic software platform of CommuniGate Pro. The project was executed for the purpose of improvement of work of the press service of Administration with regional and federal media, increase in efficiency of information mailing.

Up to 500 letters with newsletters on activity of executive authorities and subordinates of structures forms the staff of the press service in a month.

Specialists Digital Design as the solution suggested to use the system of the joint communications CommuniGate Pro which is already existing in Administration and on its base to implement the instrument of formation of lists of mailings. As a result of the performed works it was succeeded to increase considerably efficiency of providing information for media. Besides, problems with periodic wrong turning on of mail servers of Administration in "black lists" of servers were solved.
