History

2014: Joining EnergosbyT Plus

On June 30, 2014, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of The Udmurt power supply OJSC "Company," a decision was made to reorganize the Company in the form of joining the Open Joint Stock Company "" EnergosbyT Plus together with OJSC "Kirovenergosbyt" and OJSC Sverdlovenergosbyt"," an accession agreement and a transfer act were approved.

On October 1, 2014, the Open Joint-Stock Company Udmurt Energy Sales Company was reorganized in the form of joining EnergosbyT Plus JSC, as a result of which the Udmurt Energy Sales Company, which ceased to operate, launched the Udmurt branch of EnergosbyT Plus JSC.

2010: Customer Base

As of September 2010, the company had an extensive network of inter-district branches. The customer base of Udmurt Energy Sales Company OJSC consisted of 13,619 legal entities and 561,911 individuals.

2007: Work in the Retail division under the management of CJSC IES

Since 2007, Udmurt Energy Sales Company OJSC has been operating as part of the Retail division under the management of Integrated Energy Systems CJSC^[1]

2005: Creation of the Udmurt Energy Sales Company

OJSC "Udmurtia Energy Sales Company" - the largest energy sales company in the region, performing the functions of the "Guaranteeing Supplier," was established on January 1, 2005 as a result of the reorganization of OJSC "Udmurtenergo" in the form of an allocation.
