The VTB bank in Kazakhstan implemented EDMS CompanyMedia

On February 02, 2018 the company "InterTrust" announced implementation electronic document management systems and business process managements CompanyMedia in JSC Bank VTB (Kazakhstan). Employees of the bank actively use instruments of issue of instructions, service of approval, the module of work with agreements and other significant business content.

The need for workflow automation appeared at bank in 2012. Automation of processing of the entering and outgoing documents, an opportunity to integrate documents on projects and also transfer of a contracted work to the electronic mode was among the main objectives.

According to the results of the project the following results are achieved:

• optimization of work with contract documentation;
• support of web access to bases of document flow, built-in opportunities for connection of mobile applications;
• the optimized document storage in bases, the updated more productive platform using more protected and failsafe servers;
• existence of technical support from vendor for the first year of operation of a system (the old version of CompanyMedia 3 on a decision instant was already removed from support);
• possibility of acquisition of modules, possibility of completion of the existing functionality and possibility of development of functionality for business process automation.
