Nikolai Sitnikov graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, Faculty of Cybernetics, specializing in Computing Complexes, Systems and Networks.

• He began his career at Ernst & Young, the field of tasks: the introduction of ERP systems for business optimization.
• In 1995, he took up the duties of CIO at Golden Telecom. One of the key areas is the introduction of automated billing systems in the field of client service. Then, at Protek (billing systems production, UK), he headed the product development management unit.
• From 2003 to 2011, Nikolay focused on developing his own IT consulting business, founding the company JASMiND (automation of business processes of ground cellular operators in Russia and the CIS). At JASMiND, he focused on working with projects of the flagships of the telecom sector - telecom operators Tele2, MegaFon, VimpelCom (Beeline brand).
• In 2011, in parallel, he headed the direction of improving the efficiency of business processes in the financial industry in the system integrator, S&T CIS working banks with "," Alfa-Bank"" and Promsvyazbank others.
