Coderimer organized electronic archive based on the Etla platform

The Moscow company "Coderimer" working in the field of information technologies organized at itself electronic archive of documents based on the Etla platform. In February, 2018 reported about it in Atlas Soft company.

System implementation assumed the organization of competent storage and quick access to all documents of the company.

In search of the solution specialists of the customer carried out market research and examined experience of implementation of the systems of electronic archive at other enterprises. The main selection terms were:

• functionality of a system and its reliability;
• possibility of fast and easy setup of a system under internal tasks by forces of the specialists;
• existence of multilevel data protection from cracking and different types of the hacker attacks;
• simplicity of installation and use of a system on different devices and platforms.

The solution of a problem of independent setup and system implementation became possible due to existence of a broad spectrum of the additional built-in subsystems of setup, designers and editors, such as:

• The module of management of users which allows to register accounts of users, user groups and to set access rights to archive sectors for them.
• Editor of cards of documents. Gives an opportunity to configure different types of cards for any document types. The module supports adding of new attributes of documents, concealment of the existing attributes, change of their order and arrangement on tabs.
• Subsystem of automatic numbering of documents. Allows to configure rules of automatic assignment of number to the document at its registration in a system depending on its type.
• Subsystem of automatic naming of documents. Allows at registration of the document in a system automatically, depending on document attributes, to create its name. This mechanism simplifies process of input of new documents in a system.
• Subsystem of automatic placement of documents. Placement of the documents registered in a system, depending on their attributes allows to automate completely process.
• Editor of reference books.
• Subsystem of work with e-mail.
• Editor of reports.

According to Atlas Soft, as a result of system implementation document storage in electronic form which increased reliability was organized and optimized activity of the company at the expense of the structured storage and receiving quick access to data.
