- Users of a system are citizens, authorities of the federal and regional level, suppliers of information and also users of a system of the regional level (more than 100 users) are connected to a component of the analytical reporting (Polymatica)
- By means of SIEI data of suppliers as of 1/1/2018, such suppliers 6 are transferred to a system (FB ITU SOCIAL INSURANCE FUND RPF Rostrud Miobrnauki Ministry of Health)

- FB ITU about survey, extent of loss of health, the appointed programs of rehabilitation
- The Social Insurance Fund about execution of programs of rehabilitation, providing sanatorium treatment, providing technical means of rehabilitation
- RPF about the appointed payments, about work, data on death
- Rostrud about employment on the preferential and quota jobs
- The Ministry of Education and Science about education
- The Ministry of Health about delivery of health care
Functionality of Polymatica as a part of the BIG-HEAD'S FSIS
- Tracking and analytics of dynamics of changes of the statuses on each group of disabled people and each certain citizen entered in the Register
- Processing and tracking of number of disabled people with detailing on regional, age and other indicators
- Analytics of all documents accompanying each citizen.
- Integration of the Polymatica platform with the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system) for providing information on disabled people to external users – to the organizations of social guardianship and providing Russia comes to the end.
