On February 15, 2018 the CORUS Consulting company announced VTB Insurance the beginning of the project on completion of functionality and transfer to the upgraded version of the CRM system of the representative of the Russian market of insurance services. The solution is constructed on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Due to the increased amount of data and emergence of new tasks which solution requires expansion of opportunities of the platform the decision to upgrade to the upgraded version of the CRM system of Microsoft and at the same time to expand functionality of the solution was made.
The CRM system of insurance company automates a big range of business processes on work with physical persons and legal entities. Within the project automation of directory service is planned that will allow call center operators and sellers of the company to receive a full range of data on the client in a common information space. Integration of the CRM system with the sheet systems of the company will be for this purpose executed. Such solution will significantly accelerate and will increase customer service quality and also will help by preparation for a call or a meeting. Specialists of system integrator will also offer mechanisms of creation of the automated scripts and the knowledge base.
For support of sales, prolongation of insurance products and processes of work with receivables holding outgoing campaigns, consultation of clients on products on the basis of the scenarios and descriptions which are stored in the knowledge base, formation and sending e-mails and SMS on the basis of templates will be automated. On processes measure calculation of quality and the reporting will be implemented.
During the project work with the addresses which arrived on different channels and claims will be also automated.
