Telegram bot for the Syntellect Tessa platform (t.me/TessaDemoBot) contains all EDMS functions in the laconic interface of the cross-platform messenger.
2018: Release of the beta
The Target company in February, 2018 released the beta of Telegram bot for the Syntellect Tessa platform. The program allows to receive the list of tasks of the user, to initiate execution of tasks, including tasks of business processes of approval and execution, to create new documents and to perform document retrieval.
According to developers, the bot is distinguished by simplicity and convenience of work with EDMS Tessa via Telegram and can be considered as the facilitated alternative to mobile application of an electronic document management system.
In plans — expansion of functionality and implementation of operational interaction of users during approval/performance of a document using the chat-bot and also correspondence history logging in a document card.
