World Class transferred payments to autocash desks

As it became known in February, 2018, in World Class network the complex project of automation of payment of services of fitness clubs is implemented. The consortium which included Advanced Systems of Self-service companies (the developer of a software platform), SMT Engineering (the supplier of self-service terminals) and Sberbank (acquiring service) provided to World Class joint development thanks to which the company received modern tools for increase in customer focus and cost efficiency of business.

Prerequisites

World Class is domestic fitness corporation which operates with 39 own and 43 franchasing clubs in 32 cities in 5 countries. One of the relevant tasks facing World Class is overhead reduction of fitness clubs due to reduction of the service staff which are in a cash zone.

Earlier payment process of fitness services was organized through traditional cash desks (the share of payments made more than 90%) and through the mobile application integrated with 1C. Such state of affairs did not suit the management of World Class, and the project directed to high-quality increase in service was initiated.

Project Tasks

The main objective came down to ensuring comfort of visitors of fitness club by the organization of payment process of services without the need for use of traditional cash desks. The flexible and ready-made solution which would be integrated with the existing accounting system was for this purpose required and allowed to adapt in the future easily for new business challenges in the system of self-service. This solution had to automate customer service process, thereby having reduced queues in cash desks in rush hours. At the same time a system had to have the clear and stylish multilingual interface, support a high information exchange rate, provide online monitoring of all transactions and also accounting of services with a different VAT rate.

Project Progress

Within the project in all own clubs of fitness network on the Moscow region 40 autocash desks were set. Control of autocash desks is exercised by the system constructed on the software solution "by PSS. The platform", intended for automation of information exchange with suppliers of different services and providing these services to end users using self-service devices.

The list of services forms the manager of fitness club in the accounting system which is transferred afterwards to a system in case of successful user authentication.

Results

According to the results of the World Class project implemented online fiskalizatsiyu at the autocheckout according to requirements 54-FZ.

Visitors, having been identified using the scanner of a barcode, the reader of a RFID tag or manual entry from the screen keyboard, now can independently pay the services provided to them in club with any convenient method — using the bank card or cash, having received the fiscal check upon completion of transaction.

In this project it was succeeded to integrate the existing accounting system of the customer and our own development — PSS. The platform, having created thus complex software environment which gives the chance on a centralized basis to manage network of terminal devices and to obtain information of technical and financial monitoring online — Ilya Knyazev, the CEO of Advanced Systems of Self-service company noted. — It is important to note that thanks to universality of the platform if necessary it is possible to increase easily functionality of a system depending on the specific objectives facing at present or in the long term the customer".

Audience of World Class fitness clubs modern and dynamic therefore transition from payment to independent work via the terminal passed through the cashier quickly enough and without serious consequences, without the assistance of the consultant. Interfaces of the software solution constructed on the basis of "PSS. Platforms", are logically simple in application and differ in the high speed of loading. Having implemented the technological solution from PSS, SMT Engineering and Sberbank, we provided our clients with the convenient tool which allowed to reduce holding time and to increase service quality — Nikolay Pryanishnikov, the CEO of World Class commented on project results.
