On February 21, 2018 the Diasoft company announced transformation of IT architecture of the Orange Bank.
The Orange bank in 2014 made the decision on need of transformation of IT architecture. The strategy of disruptive technology development assumed implementation of the front office solution and setup of digital-channels for increase in availability of services of bank. The operation mode 24/7, online process of crediting via digital-channels, making decision on issuance of credit in several minutes and end of a full stroke of the transaction within an hour is the level of technological effectiveness which for Orange became a reality.
According to the results of IT-transformatsii bank passed to the round-the-clock customer service, reduced the term of making decision on issuance of credits from 4-6 to 15-25 o'clock minutes, and a set-up time of documents – from 2-3 to 12-20 o'clock minutes. The largest growth was shown by the direction of issue of car loans to individuals through a partner network of motor shows.

Implementation of the front office solution of a line of FLEXTERA of Diasoft company became an important point in the history of Orange. The complexity of the project consisted in need of integration of the FLEXTERA front office into the existing back office solution of bank of other vendor. FLEXTERA "Credit Pipeline" was easily built in the existing accounting system of bank and as a result helped to increase car loans volumes, having simplified process of issuance of credits and having made it the most available to clients. Thanks to completions of FLEXTERA bank could develop and implement business processes according to the requirements in the direction of crediting, and the high speed of implementation of solution components allowed to perform quick start and replication of credit products even before project finish. Implementation of digital-channels created conditions for development of cross-sellings. In two years after the implemented works Orange increased assets by 47%.
Partners also work on automation of remote channels of service of bank, in particular, develop mobile bank based on the solution FLEXTERA Mobile.
