Softline delivered Citilink the platform for solutions based on AI

The Softline company announced in February, 2018 delivery of Citilink company the platform for solutions based on artificial intelligence.

The solution Loginom which was received by Citilink will allow the retailer to carry out deep analytics to short terms, to manage the range and trade inventories.

Tasks

To optimize management processes, the management of electronic discounter of home appliances and electronics Citilink made the decision to implement the analytical platform.

The partner selected Softline. Before the company already had successful experience of cooperation within the project on optimization of distribution of a commodity remaining balance based on artificial intelligence technologies.

Project Progress

Softline delivered to the customer the Russian analytical Loginom platform. The command of Softline carried out for Citilink a pilot project on real data of the company using neuronets. The company helped the customer to organize productive interaction with the solution manufacturer that allowed to receive quickly a feedback about product capabilities and to permit technical requests during testing of software. According to the results of testing the client made the decision on implementation of the platform.

Result

Main advantage of the solution — rather low threshold of entry for the user. The platform is simple in use, has the intuitive interface, a large number of tools for analytics and visualization of results. Writing of scenarios does not require participation of programmers that significantly accelerates process of introduction of completions, and the specialist can quickly react to the changes happening around — Dmitry Karbasov, the head of department of business solutions and predictive analytics of Softline company told.

Using Loginom we are going to manage the range and distribution of trade inventories. Further we use the platform for customer segmentation and other projects connected with difficult analytics — Mikhail Zamytsky, the development director of electronic discounter "Citilink" told.
