The Lavina Pulse (LLC) company specializes in Internet investigation and control of activity on social networks.

Main product of the company is the search and analytical Avalanche Online system which in July, 2017 was included in the register of domestic software.

As of the beginning of 2018, Avalanche of Pulse has about 80 clients, the main at the same time yalvyatsya law enforcement agencies FSB including MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS Russia.

2018: Acquisition by "Russian high technologies"

In February, 2018 it became known that the Russian High Technologies (RHT) company, the system integrator and the developer of means of information security, purchased a controlling stake of Avalanche of Pulse (69.22% of stocks). The Eyre-Cinema company close to Said Kerimov's structures acted as the seller. The remained 30.78% of stocks belong to the CEO and the founder of Avalanche of Pulse Andrey Masalovich.

On the available information, Said Kerimov was interested also in purchase of 51.7% of voting shares of RNT, however, as it is considered, refused the idea, having been disappointed in investment attractiveness of the market, Kommersant writes. It is known that till October, 2017 Eyre-Cinema belonged to Said Kerimov's company Grandeko, then — to Tatyana Bashmakova, the ex-CEO of Naphtha of Moscow of Suleyman Kerimov.

Financial terms of transaction are not specified. At the same time market experts found it difficult to give an assessment to its cost as financial performance of Avalanche of Pulse also does not reveal. According to the source familiar with activity of the company, Lavina Pulse works through integrators, and in names of contracts there are no references of the company or its product — the search and analytical Avalanche system. Such integrators after closing of the transaction will be is among also by RNT, Lavina Pulse will save the independence.^[1]
