In Zasport retail network the loyalty program of RightWay earned

The Omni's Lanit company (enters into LANIT group) in February, 2018 announced implementation in Zasport company of the innovation RightWay platform for customer relationship management. The loyalty program started by the omnichannel retailer at technical support of "Omni's Lanit" works not only in offline retail, but also in Zasport online store.

The loyalty program of RightWay provides a wide choice of marketing activities, including management of bonuses and discounts, a possibility of use of promo codes, holding marketing actions, scenario and trigger mailings. RightWay also allows to create any analytics: carries out RF segmentation, calculates efficiency of marketing actions, provides transaction reports.

Selecting the contractor for development and deployment of the loyalty program from our retail chain stores, we, first of all, were guided by need of advanced functionality of the platform quickly to implement new tools and to carry out the most different marketing activities. The RightWay system appeared such: we not only could automate the majority of marketing communications with buyers, but also received the convenient tool for growth of our customer base — Elena Volkova, the marketing director of Zasport company told.

Additional benefit of the program for buyers is an opportunity to receive the virtual card on the website of the company and to use it further both on the Internet, and in retail stores of network, noted in "Omni's Lanit". Holders of virtual and plastic cards receive the identical level of service and a term of service.

For convenience of buyers on Telegram channel the chat-bot @ZASPORT which helps to receive the virtual card was also started, to learn about a status of the bonus account and to find the nearest shop.
