Rotation of employees at us is minimized. In a year we are left by at most one person. We never bloated staff — aimed at compactness. All command is located in small – 70 sq.m – office in BC near the subway Belarusian. We are not going to extend.

History

2016: Nikita Goryainov is an editor-in-chief, Malosiyev remains a shareholder

In 2016 to devote to personal employment and family there is more time, Artur Malosiyev gave the place of the Chief Editor to the most perspective author of the project Nikita Goryainov, but remained the shareholder.

In 2016 we expanded a range with on what we prepare content, and received the sharp growth of audience. From the highly specialized website about iPhone and Mac we gradually turned into the entertaining website about gadgets and modern technologies, but saved specialization on the subjects connected with products of Apple. As a result we received significant growth of audience (from 3 million to 4.7 million users a month) and a record for all the time of existence of the website — 5.1 million in December, 2017.

2013: Loss of 8 million rubles in Master-Bank

The strongest blow to finance of iPhones.ru was struck in November, 2013: Master-Bank failed. And with it and 8 million rubles on the account. In one day the company was the debtor on salary, lease both before clients – and without ruble for work with contractors. Borrowed several months of iPhones.ru at friends and partners, fought with clients for work on prepayment and agreed with employees on forced delays of salary. From 8 million frozen on the account the company did not see ruble any more.

2010: Income exceeded expenses

In 2010 income of a resource exceeded expenses and the website became full business.

2008: The offshore becomes the owner of the edition

Investors came to the project in 2008 (the company does not reveal shares of investors and their names, according to the Circuit base. Focus, the company registered on the British Virgin Islands became the founder of Ayfons LLC in 2008: Barnet Management Limited — Inc.).

2007: iPhone presentation, growth of audience up to 2 thousand people a day

After the smartphone presentation on January 9, 2007 the resource received new life and 2 thousand visitors. Ayfonomaniya only gained steam, and iPhones.ru in Russia almost had no competitors.

In the first year texts on iPhones.ru were written by Artur and several non-staff authors, and about profit there was no speech also. Advertizing revenues — 2-2.5 thousand rubles a day — came from contextual advertizing in half a year after start, but did not pay back even work of authors.

2006: The ex-maker-up of Moskovskij Komsomolets Artur Malosiyev buys the domain for $2.5 thousand

The website iPhones.ru did not think as media. In 2006 the domain was purchased by the former maker-up of Moskovskij Komsomolets Artur Malosiyev. It was necessary to bargain: the price managed to be beaten down from $5 thousand to $2.5 thousand. Start the project devoted to the gadget which then was not presented yet of Artur Malosiyev the personal interest pushed: the maker-up read about preparation for release of a new product of Apple much and just fell in love with him. Before start of iPhones.ru Artur already created successful online platforms for sale or for development in the most different segments — from a calligraphy to autoclubs. The new website publishing rumors about new products of Apple occupied by the first the empty niche.

Having settled in 2005 the maker-up in Moskovskij Komsomolets, I plunged into the world of the Macintosh. There in edition there were many fans of the equipment of Apple, it is a lot of talk on a usability, but almost all were dissatisfied with the phones. By then Siemens making more or less convenient phones began to be bent and turn out products of more and more settling quality, and chic was considered to come to work with new Motorola Razr V3. Then in the world was all two resources, completely devoted to the nonexistent gadget. I corresponded with owners and we exchanged rumors if found something interesting. Attendance of my website was 20 people a day and I was the first in all searchers on requests "iPhone" and iphone.
