Tamp automated document retrieval with the help "Scan Archive"

On March 12, 2018 it became known that in KFK TAMP Ltd created electronic archive based on "Scan Archive".

KFK TAMP Ltd - the Moscow lessor of floor spaces and the non-residential real estate. Tax authorities within the activity show special attention to the companies performing activity in the field of the real estate. Regular requests for need of reconciliation of documents and tax audits require from accountant officers to spend a lot of time for work with archive documents. With respect thereto the decision on creation of electronic archive was made.

For these purposes the solution "Scan Archive" developed by GENDALF company was selected. The main selection term – ability to integrate with "1C: Lease and real estate administration", completion "1C: Accounting" in which account in KFK TAMP Ltd is kept. Specialists of the company vendor were engaged in installation and setup of the program.

After implementation "Scan Archive" process of work with "supporting documents" changed. Two accountant officers from the jobs enter necessary papers to the scanner which processes them and attaches to base of clients in "1C: Lease and real estate administration". If necessary any document is available to search in base by different criteria. If at the request of tax it is necessary to provide copies of primary documents, "Scan Archive" allows to unload them for several seconds. In day through the program there pass 50 documents.

"We use only a small part of functionality of the program as we did not manage to master some nuances of work with electronic archive and function of control of return of documents yet. In the next plans there is a transfer in the program of all necessary documents for 2017 quickly to undergo tax control and on last reporting periods".
