History
2019: Name change to "Russian Bread"
In July 2019, the name was changed from EcoBread LLC to Russian Bread LLC.
2016: Reorganization
Since 2016, the company has been in the process of reorganization in the form of a transformation. Successors of JSC Ekokhleb and JSC Khleb Service (liquidated on July 16, 2019).
2001: Joining Grain Holding
In 2001, JSC Podolskkhleb became part of the Grain Holding Group of Companies. The plant became the first bakery of the holding.
1997: Transformation into OJSC Podolsky Bakery
On January 10, 1997, the Podolsky Bakery Joint Stock Company was transformed into the Podolsky Bakery Open Joint Stock Company.
1992: Transformation into AOT "Podolsky Bakery"
In 1992, the State Enterprise was transformed into the Open Joint-Stock Company Podolsky Bakery.
1926: Foundation
Podolsky bakery is one of the oldest baking enterprises in the Moscow region, founded in 1926.
