Evotor using BestDoctor started a medical marketplace for employees

Content

BestDoctor (Bestdoktor), IT service of medical care for business, in March, 2018 announced the beginning of cooperation with Evotor company, producer of online cash desks and solutions for trade automation. BestDoctor developed the system of a differential franchize which allows the staff of customer company to use medical services in clinics of any class on profitable terms.

Prerequisites

Earlier the management Evotor was faced the need to optimize expenses on medical care, without having lost at the same time in quality and having provided to employees a wide choice of clinics. The VHI standard programs were is inexpedient expensive, or included the limited list of available services. BestDoctor offered alternative option — corporate medical care on model a self-fanding.

Project Progress

Bestdoktor implemented the corporate medical marketplace allowing to predict expenses, to create individual programs and to provide to employees access to high-quality services without inappropriate expenses.

Project Results

Instead of purchase of the policy of VHI Evotor pays annual service of the employee in the BestDoctor system (4 thousand rubles) and percent from really rendered medical services. Thus, expenses of the employer on one employee average 12 thousand rubles a year that it is more profitable than purchase of the expanded insurance policy, emphasized in Bestdoktor company.

At the same time patients are not limited in the choice of clinics — organizations of different price categories are available to them, including the most prestigious. It is possible thanks to the system of a differential franchize: depending on the level of clinic the "smart" algorithm BestDoctor calculates the percentage in which the employer and the employee will divide expenses for the rendered services. For example, at the appeal to clinic with averages on the market the prices, the employee undertakes 10% of appointment cost, and the employer — 90%. Further, depending on the level of organization, the ratio can be 20/80, 30/70 or another, calculated algorithm.

Actually employees received an online show-window of medical services which can be sorted taking into account a set of factors (a price category, responses, etc.), and almost unlimited number of available clinics.
