2017: Consolidation with Traktat company, Alexey Shesterikov is a CEO

In June, 2017 as a result of a company merger ALS and Treatise in the Russian market of linguistic services and technologies was formed the largest player with turnover more than 1 billion rubles (according to the rating of https://translationrating.ru/results2017russia/). The united company was headed by Alexey Shesterikov who was earlier holding a post of the CEO of Treatise.

Under the terms of the transaction ALS and Treatise completely integrate the resources, including commands, technological solutions and customer bases. For some time the united company saves both brands and works under the temporary name ALS / "Treatise", process of rebranding is in parallel started and already soon to your attention completely updated and even more modern company will appear.

The transaction allowed the united company to take a leading place on sales volumes in Russia and the CIS countries and also displaid the company in top-3 in Eastern Europe and top-30 in Europe in general. The number of salaried employees of the united company exceeded 300 people.
