"The first BIT" optimized personnel management of Spektr Group network

Content

On March 21, 2018 it became known that The First BIT company optimized personnel management of 64 shops of Spektr Group network based on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" of edition 3.1.

Transition to the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" software product of edition 3.1, provided support of updates of the legislation when updating the solution and also the advanced updated functionality allowing to autocomplete, in particular, one of irregular shapes of the reporting - 6-NDFL.

Prerequisites of the Project

Before start of the project processes of personnel and regulated accounting in Spektr Group company were conducted using the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.2 PROF" software product of edition 2.5. The solution to upgrade programs - "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.3 CORP" of edition 3.1 to more modern version was influenced by two factors. First, this termination of support of the software product of version 2.5 since the I quarter 2018. Secondly, the functionality of a configuration did not conform to requirements of the company regarding personnel management.

Project Tasks

The management of Spektr Group set several tasks upon transition from the 1C: Payroll and HR Management PROF version of edition 2.5 to 8.3 CORP:

  • improvement of personnel records in the company;
  • elimination of errors in a system;
  • setup of new functional reports;
  • expansion of personnel functionality.

Project Results

Transition was performed by specialists of The First BIT company (office St. Petersburg). Within the project:

  • Jobs in HR department, economical and IT department are automated. Data from old information base are transferred to the updated system;
  • Mailing of pay slips to the employees is configured.

Using the solution ZUP 3.1 the following functional areas of a management and accounting activity are automated:

  • registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
  • charge and salary payment;
  • calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
  • reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise.
