On March 21, 2018 The First Engineer company announced completion of upgrade of a system of collecting and return of condensate at the enterprises of Angarsk Petrochemical Company that allowed to reduce the general heat waste by 6000 Gcal a year.

The blocks of removal of steam condensate installed at the enterprises of Angarsk Petrochemical Company

Since 2009 Angarsk Petrochemical Company closely deals with issues of upgrade of the systems of steam supply and schemes of collecting and return of steam condensate for the purpose of decrease in energy costs on production. The wear and use of an obsolete equipment became the reason of considerable thermal losses in divisions of the enterprise therefore the company management decided to replace the outdated systems of removal of steam condensate with modern and to equip with them yet the sections of production and steam thermal networks which are not covered before. For the operational solution of a task in the conditions of continued production The First Engineer company suggested to perform delivery of blocks of removal of steam condensate in factory readiness. This approach allowed to cut terms of installation of equipment almost by half of rather possible assembly and installation of nodes directly at the enterprises of the customer.

The list of each of 166 blocks designed and delivered in 2017 switched on condensate traps, filters, check valves, shutoff valves, bypass lines, counterflanges and fixture. For the purpose of reduction of time of procurement procedures, design and installation and construction works of blocks of a kondensatootvod specialists of the company picked up the optimal equipment, developed design documentation, executed the project of a binding in the place and obtained the positive expert report on industrial security.

Assembly and molding of nodes of a kondensatootvod were carried out industrially on the production site of The First Engineer company in the city of Kstovo of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

As a result of the carried-out works heat waste decreased on value from 3% in thermal networks to 8-12% in schemes of steam heating and on the heat-exchanging equipment".
