Skytracking Transport Security (STTS) is an intelligent system of transport security based on neurotechnologies, machine learning and geopositioning for implementation of monitoring, control and warning of incidents on transport.

2019: Obtaining patent for the Skytracking Transport Security system

The SkyTrack company, the resident Klastera of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, took out the patent for an intelligent system of transport security of SKYTRACKING Transport Security. The Skolkovo Foundation reported about it on June 27, 2019. Using the video analysis it allows to control a status of the driver and the vehicle in real time.

SKYTRACKING Transport Security

SKYTRACKING Transport Security is the cognitive system of continuous monitoring of concentration of the driver, identification of dangerous situations on the road and responses to them in real time. A system is implemented in architecture of the digital platform that assumes its operation in the conditions of a geographically-distributed structure of control objects, connection of broad range of data sources (IoT of devices) and development of an ecosystem of users.

At the time of registration of an incident a system notifies the driver by voice warning, reducing risk of road accident to 50%. Such percent of accidents, according to the international statistics, happens because of derivation from driving. On each incident video the file with a binding to the spatial coordinate of GLONASS forms.

Data on behavior are driving and style of driving can be used in the system of motivation of drivers. Besides, identification of the driver will allow to control access to driving, including for the purpose of fight against terrorist threats.

Our approach during creation of a system provides a wide scope of possible incidents in day and night time, synchronization of incidents with data on car speed, a road situation and coordinates of GLONASS/GSM/GPS. Exclusive advantage of the solution is data transmission in real time in the portal of monitoring of a system on channels of cellular communication that allows to exercise remote monitoring and control of the car and the driver at any distance. The system of transport security of STTS successfully passed pilot tests at the enterprises of public transportaveliky Novgorod (JSC Avtobusny park) and Orenburg (MKP "Orenburg Passenger Traffic").

2018: Features. Architecture. Components

According to information for March, 2018 the Skytracking Transport Security system allows to implement in real time a full stroke of collecting, the analysis, storage, information visualization about location of the vehicle, a physical and psychoemotional status of the driver, technical condition of the CU. Time of working off of a cycle – up to 2 seconds.

On the basis of statistics of incidents and aggregation of state-of-health data of the driver, the vehicle, data of the external environment in different temporary cuts becomes possible to predict the probability of approach of an incident in the next temporary period.

  • Data unit about a status of the CU (BDTS)

    • The system of collecting, processing and data analysis about technical condition of the CU, including data on the high-speed mode, errors of the engine, road accident.

  • Workplace operator/workplace of the head (PMO/PMP)

    • Decision making support system with the flexible and intuitive interface allowing the operator of the Situational center to trace instantly a critical event and to make the relevant decisions

  • Block of Physiological Activity (BPA)

    • A control system of a physiological status of the driver of the vehicle for the purpose of prevention of falling asleep, aggression control

  • Block of Creation of Neural Network Model (BCNNM)

    • The cognitive analysis system and data processings constructed based on machine learning for the purpose of receiving the high-performance predictive models which further are used in the SAP block

  • Block of video analytics (BVA)

    • The system of the automated monitoring of incidents both in the driver's cabin, and in out of. Allows to select the facts of violations of traffic regulations from a video flow and to write the video file with violation used as evidential base
