BARS GROUP upgrades planning processes and budget implementation of FTS

The BARS GROUP company, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization (enters into State Corporation Rostec), announced in March, 2018 modification in the Federal Tax Service of the application software "AKSIOK.Net" (PPO "AKSIOK.Net") allowing to automate planning processes and budget implementation.

The budget process performed in unified information environment provides transparency, openness and accountability of data. Thanks to automation the quality of financial management, efficiency of use of budgetary funds increases and the coordination of interaction of territorial subdivisions of the Federal Tax Service improves — the CEO of BARS GROUP Timur Akhmerov noted.

As the customer Glavny nauchny innovatsionny vnedrenchesky center (JSC GNIVC) — the general contractor regarding development of automated information system of FTS (AIS "Tax-3") acts.

The AIS "Tax-3" represents the unified information system FTS Russia providing automation of activities of department for all executed functions determined by the Regulations on the Federal Tax Service approved by the resolution Government of the Russian Federation of 9/30/2004 No. 506 as a part of which further functioning of PPO "AKSIOK.Net" is provided.

Works on completion and integration of PPO "AKSIOK.Net" into the AIS "Tax-3" were begun in September, 2017. Using PPO "AKSIOK.Net" the budget process performed in FTS, including in territorial tax authorities will take place in a common information space. Planning and budget implementation will be executed regarding providing requirements of FTS for regulation, calculation at the level of organizations of indicators of drafts of budget estimates and changes of budget estimates, implementation of relevant status model of approval of documents.
