On March 29, 2018 the company Gendalf announced automation of work with primary documents in Energo company with the help "Scan Archive".
As a result of implementation of the program there was an opportunity to create electronic archive of shipment documents in 1C, the set-up time of big document packages to tax audits was also reduced.
The main selection term of the Scan Archive program – a possibility of creation of electronic archive of documents in 1C: Trade Management 10.3 base in which operational accounting in the enterprise is kept. The IT service "Energo" was engaged in implementation of the program.
After the beginning of use "Scan Archive" by accounting service processing of "supporting documents" changed. Operators submit necessary papers to the scanner which will recognize documents and attaches their electronic copies to documents in 1C. After that the processed scans are available to search in base at any time. On average in a day the program processes from 1500 to 2000 files. In need of them it is possible to find and unload in read minutes. It allows accountant officers to prepare for tax audits many times quicker, than before implementing solution as earlier search of "supporting documents" in paper archive required several hours.
"For correct work "Scan Archive" in specifics of our enterprise we entered several completions. For scanning of extensive documents the algorithm of their check on integrity allowing to trace not scanned pages of files was added. As the company uses non-standard barcodes and document numbers, settings of processing of printed forms were finished for correct recognition.
