For 6 months, Sberbank increased the conversion on a cold base by 20% and excluded 60% of ineffective contacts.

Reactivation of candidates is an effective HR tool for those companies that have already accumulated a large base of applicants and are ready to re-consider the "old" ones that were not previously accepted. The system works simply: the user forms a request for which candidates he wants to check for fresh resumes, after which the service finds applicants and automatically invites them for an interview.

Together with Skillaz, we developed a tool that reduced the labor costs of recruiters by 40%. The main quality of the platform is its ability to adapt to changes in the company's needs in a turbulent market. Recruiters can return after a while to candidates who previously did not meet the level of experience or other criteria. At the same time, communication occurs not just after a certain time period, but precisely when the candidate himself updated his resume and began to look for a new job. Reactivation allows you to consider applicants for several positions and, accordingly, give a choice to relevant candidates for employment in a company for comfortable conditions and functionality.

Thanks to constant monitoring of the accumulated base of applicants, the time to search for candidates is reduced, and the top of the funnel, that is, the number of reviewed resumes, is increased.

The query administrator himself chooses which target group he wants to work with as part of his current task and the search is as targeted as possible.

Skillaz and Sberbank continue to update the application, adding features that will help facilitate the routine administration of the process. Now on the platform you can manage the reactivation schedule and regularly monitor the selected location for new applicants. Thus, the dynamics for the quarter shows that the number of reactivated candidates (throughout Russia) is steadily growing by 6% per month.

Implementation of smart task scheduler for recruiters

On December 4, 2019, Skillaz announced that Sberbank had introduced a smart task scheduler into the work of recruiters. This system, developed by Skillaz with the participation of Sberbank specialists, is already being used to increase the efficiency of selection in several territorial banks, and by the end of 2019 it is planned to scale it to most of the country.

Skillaz has been robotizing routine mass selection operations at Sberbank since 2017. One of the bottlenecks of full-fledged automation for a long time remained task planning, which depended on the human factor. It is this task that is solved by a smart planner, Skillaz's own development, which optimizes the work of the selection department.

Profile

For system users, the scheduler is organically built into the familiar Skillaz interface. He automatically ranks tasks by importance and during the day gives recruiters tasks: for example, reminds the candidate to fill out a questionnaire or upload missing documents. After marking the successful completion, the recruiter will receive the next task, the most priority.

From the inside, the Skillaz task scheduler is a common queue of tasks with different priorities. The system algorithm analyzes all candidates in the employer's funnel and selects the most important tasks for recruiters. In addition, the scheduler has built-in business priority logic, which allows you to quickly execute the most current selection requests.

SberStart Developer Selection

On October 28, 2019, Sberbank announced the automation of the selection of novice developers for the SberStart program with the support of Skillaz, the developer of the recruitment automation system of the same name. Thanks to the program, the bank plans to reduce the time for staffing positions. Skillaz technologies allowed Sberbank to reduce the labor costs of recruiters and increase the speed of hiring.

SberStart is a three-month paid program that includes adaptation, Java school, real-world tasks and other activities. Participants who show themselves in the best possible way will receive offers to work in Sberbank projects.

Skillaz fully robotized primary communication and candidate gathering data at all stages of selection. Applicants are tested for professional skills and recorded answers for video interviews, which are immediately displayed in the candidate's profile and automatically receive an assessment. The status of the stages is monitored by the system, if necessary, reminders are sent to applicants in the form SMS of - messages and letters to. email Thanks to this, the recruiter receives a large amount of data about the candidate with visual analytics that helps make a decision.
