Transfer of the Citizens' appeals system to the ECM platform Sputnik
Corus Consulting Group, the Russian system integrator, announced on October 1, 2018 execution of works on transfer of a system "Citizens' appeals" Governments of Sverdlovsk region from the platform EMS Documentum on the system developed on components OPEN SOURCE and based on own ESM-platform Sputnik.
In a project deliverable all functionality was translated and a number of completions are executed. As well as in case of transfer of EDMS, the speed of execution of operations was considerably increased and also there were functions increasing convenience of work with a system: print preview of contents of documents, full-text search, etc.

The government of Sverdlovsk region moves on the way of substitution of the import software for the purpose of decrease in level of dependence on foreign technologies and by that increases efficiency and quality of processing of citizens' appeals in the region — Evgeny Gurary, the deputy manager of administration of the Governor of Sverdlovsk region noted. |
For October 1, in the Citizens appeals system (CAS) in executive bodies of the government of Sverdlovsk region the following business processes are implemented:
- registration, consideration and control of processing of citizens' appeals;
- preparation of answers and notifications to applicants;
- preparation of accompanying documents and redirection
- addresses on competence;
- conducting internal correspondence (office, explanatory notes, etc.);
- control of performing discipline;
- reporting in 14 approved forms;
- maintaining diagram of reception of citizens;
- registration of personal acceptances of applicants;
- ample opportunities of management of reference books of a system;
- flexible opportunities of setup of completion dates of tasks depending on type of a task, a document holotype and also use of the calendar or working days;
- execution of tasks of documents in the substitution mode, an opportunity to configure substitution with a certain period for execution only of certain tasks;
- graphical representation of a document history;
- integration into ССТУ.РФ;
- integration with AS of Citizens appeal;
- integration into the public portal "Electronic Reception" (processing of the appeals sent through the Electronic reception, providing information on the course of consideration of the address; an opportunity to register in acceptance to the head);
- integration into Microsoft Exchange (sending notifications to users about the arrived tasks; creation of tasks on registration of the addresses which arrived on email);
- integration into Microsoft Active Directory.
