ССТУ.РФ Network help telephone exchange

The SSTU portal (the abbreviation is decrypted as a network help telephone exchange) is the website for authorities which is initially created for carrying out the All-Russian day of reception of citizens. Now here it is possible to run for search of any local government authorities, public institutions and bodies and also the corresponding persons authorized for the solution of the state and territorial questions. On the portal all necessary information on body — its full name, sphere of activity, the rights and the sphere of competences, a location and a complete address contains; surnames, names and middle names of authorized persons about the indication of powers; communication channels (phones, e-mail), visiting days and diagrams of acceptances. On a resource results of consideration of addresses are also published.

2017: The module of interaction of EDMS with the ССТУ.РФ portal

EOS developed the module of interaction of EDMS with the ССТУ.РФ portal for monitoring of consideration of citizens' appeals (Decree of the Russian President of 4/17/2017 No. 171)

Since July 1, 2017 at the federal level additional measures for control of results of consideration of citizens' appeals and the organizations and also public initiatives are entered. By the decree of the President of Russia of April 17, 2017 No. 171 it is established that state bodies, local government authorities, the public and municipal authorities should report monthly electronically in the Russian President Administration on results of consideration of addresses and measures taken on them. On the basis of the data which are contained in electronic document management systems with the subsequent sending to a federal information system the Electronic Office Systems company developed the special software for preparation of such analytics.
