2018: Implementation of an intelligent system of management of the building and creation of multimedia infrastructure

On November 27, 2018 the CROC company reported that within the concept of smart office of SIBUR specialists of CROC implemented an intelligent system of management of the building, and created modern multimedia infrastructure. Digital technologies provided comfortable working conditions for employees of a petrochemical complex, increased their mobility at the solution of business challenges and also provided efficiency of interaction of project teams.

For more effective management of business processes in the conditions of digital-transformation SIBUR needed to reconstruct office space – to provide more than open functional zones for interaction of employees, to create "smart" studies for company executives, to increase the number of meeting rooms with a complex of IT tools for joint work.

"Upgrade of office takes place in several stages not to stop workflows. For November, 2018 6 floors of the building from 10 are completely ready. In the nearest future multimedia and engineering solutions will retrofit 30 offices and meeting rooms, a conference room and an entrance zone. Our office space is thought over to the smallest details regarding design and technology equipment. Everything is strictly sustained in the uniform conceptual style answering to philosophy of the Industry 4.0. The personnel of head office of SIBUR total 1,300 people, for each employee comfortable conditions for work and rest are created. For creation of technological, energy efficient and comfortable office "CROC" implemented a single system of management of the building. It allows to manage in the automatic mode engineering infrastructure – to control temperature, an illumination level, inclusion/switching off of systems. "Smart" management of office is constructed on the KNX technology which is the international standard in automation systems of buildings.

For economy of energy resources intellectual management of lighting, conditioning, heating and drives of curtains is approved with the central systems of cold supply and ventilation. In addition, algorithms of energy saving are configured depending on presence of employees, their schedule of work and weather conditions. Via the central controller of a system obtain information on season, and thanks to the meteorological station set to CROC – temperature and illumination on the street. Control of room automatic equipment also possibly and manually. In meeting rooms and offices of top managers and heads personal control panels with a possibility of drawing of individual scenarios of work are set.

For effective operation of the building CROC created uniform dispatching office where all current information on work of the engineering systems and the equipment arrives. The possibility of remote control optimizes operation of managers operators. They can not only receive data on a current status of an object in real time, but also far off switch on and off systems, change the modes of their work. In case of failure threat emergence "smart" dispatching system notifies operators. It promotes timely warning of possible accidents and quick response of service of operation. In total in dispatching office there is a one-time processing about 12 thousand data points.

According to the results of the first stage of the project CROC designed and implemented multimedia solutions in 23 offices of heads of SIBUR, 4 meeting rooms, halls.

To provide efficiency of acceptance of management decisions and also convenience and efficiency of project teams of CROC implemented in offices of heads and meeting rooms several types of media systems – information displays, intellectual illumination and scoring, a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING). Each premises are equipped with a single system of control of the multimedia equipment – the touch-panel located on a wall allows to configure the modes of its work on a centralized basis.

The system of remote diagnostics allows to provide the high speed of maintenance of multimedia infrastructure in each premises. If in operation of the equipment there is a failure, the specialist of technical support is far off connected to a touch-panel from the workplace and literally in couple of clicks resolves an issue.
