The Anisoprint company is known in Russia and abroad as the startup which developed own technology and the equipment for 3D - printing from composite materials. Development allows to replace metals with composites where earlier it was impossible and is demanded in automotive industry, the aviation, space industry, robotics and in other industries. There are no similar projects in Russia, abroad the similar solution is proposed by the American startup, but technologies of two companies significantly differ.

2018: Registration of the legal person in Luxembourg

The Moscow developer of 3D-printers for printing the composite materials Anisoprint replaced jurisdiction at the beginning of 2018. The company became the resident of Luxembourg. According to the CEO of the company Fyodor Antonov, it will help the Russian engineers to attract investments and to begin sales in Europe and also to implement projects with the European partners, in particular, with the Luxembourg institute of science and technologies (Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, LIST).

"The company completed registration procedure of the legal person in Luxembourg and began to transfer to it intellectual property. The Russian company will become 'subsidiary' of the European company and will work as R&D-центр. We selected more than half a year what resident of the country to become. As a result stopped the choice on Luxembourg. Here tax regime, comfortable for the innovative companies, is also strong partners in implementation of new developments - the Luxembourg institute of science and technologies (LIST) having one of the most modern laboratories in the world on a research of polymers and composites and the National composite center (NCC)", - Fyodor Antonov commented. He added that big regional customers, such as BMW, Airbus and Schaeffler are also interested in cooperation with the European company. This fact became an additional incentive for change of jurisdiction.

Fyodor Antonov noted that Anisoprint and LIST already prepare documents on a joint grant of the European Space Agency (ESA) together to implement projects for the space industry. Also, according to the director of Anisoprint, now the company cooperates with large European producers of chemical industry within improvement of the 3D technology - printing.

2017

A little more than 50 million rubles, part of them - money of grants were spent for development of the equipment and technology. The Anisoprint company won the Start program of Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere (Bortnika Fund). The technology developed by the company was called the best for the industry at the competition of 'Digital Industry of Industrial Russia' business club held by Rostec with assistance of Internet Initiatives Development Fund. In 2018 the company won the international contest of the innovation Vector projects organized by Rosatom State Corporation.

2015

In 2015 the company became the resident of a cluster of the advanced production technologies, nuclear and space technologies of Skolkovo Foundation.

2014

The history of the company began in 2014 when the staff of the Center for perspective constructions, materials and production processes of the Skolkovo institute of science and technologies began to study 3D - printing from composites. Engineers of Skoltech integrated additive technologies with high-strength composite materials and achieved unique results.
