2019: Report on the program implementation course "Safe city"

On July 12, 2019 the SITRONICS company reported on results of the first stage of implementation of a hardware-software complex "Safe city" in the Republic and submitted the plan of implementation of the next stage of the program.

According to the company, JSC SITRONICS implements in the Republic of Ingushetia a hardware-software complex "Safe city" within the concessionary agreement signed with the government of the region in 2016. The project is expected 4.5 years and includes two main stages, first of which — engineering and design engineering of a system of a complex, system deployment of photo video of fixing of violations of traffic regulations, an intelligent system of video surveillance and the system of an emergency communication "The citizen – police" in the capital of Ingushetia and creation of the regional platform of automation of activity of uniform dispatching services — is successfully completed.

In Magas the system of a photo and video of fixing of violations of traffic regulations from 55 complexes aimed at control of the high-speed mode and rules of journey of intersections so — on decline in mortality on roads and increase in security and comfort of all participants of the movement was unrolled, the intelligent system of video surveillance and the system of an emergency communication is implemented. The terminals "The Citizen — Police" installed on streets thanks to which any inhabitant of the Republic can instantly contact employees of a control room will become its part also. For the analysis and work with information collected by the updated system in the city of Karabulak the data processing center was constructed.

Within program implementation "The safe city" SITRONICS creates in Ingushetia the Uniform Center of Rapid Response (UCRR) which provides forecasting, monitoring, warning and mitigation of consequences of emergency and offenses. The single system will analyze the data received from different monitoring systems and the recorded citizens' appeals and on their basis to automate and coordinate activity of municipal and regional services, including the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, traffic police and System 112. On the next stage of program implementation to the platform will also connect the warning system of locals about wildfires, earthquakes, floods, radioactive and chemical pollution.

The complex platform which SITRONICS implements in Ingushetia works for security in the region. "The safe city" will become a single window where all gathers necessary for decision making information in emergency. The operator sees a situation at once, in real time obtains data of all monitoring systems and services on duty, and receives the forecast and optimal scenarios of reaction, considering normative and legal aspects. The second stage of program implementation provides implementation SITRONICS of the complex automation equipment within the single regional platform "Safe City" in all municipal districts of the Republic by 2021. In addition to a single system of intellectual video surveillance which will be expanded to 550 cameras all municipal educations will be equipped with additional monitoring systems of wildfires, the vital objects of housing and public utilities, meteomonitoring, seismocontrol, monitoring systems and the operational notification about flood situations on dangerous sections.

Start of the project on implementation of Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex

The Businessavtomatika research and production center and JSC Sitronics started in April, 2018 cooperation within the project on creation and implementation of Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex in the Republic of Ingushetia.

EDDS of municipal entities will be a basis base for creation and development of Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex. Complex informatization of processes of functioning of EDDS of municipal entities in interaction with municipal DDS will increase the level of public security due to implementation of the end-to-end information systems providing forecasting, monitoring, warning and liquidation of possible threats and also control of elimination of effects of emergencies and offenses.

A system will be developed based on the AIS "Visary" and to include several subsystems for ensuring forecasting, monitoring of threats of natural, technogenic, biologo-social, ecological character in the territory of the municipal entity and also information and analytical decision support on the emergency response to the accepted calls, planning of response measures.
