"The network Academy Lanit" developed an internal system of distance learning for Rospotrebnadzor

On April 05, 2018 the Network Academy Lanit company announced creation of a system of distance learning and advanced training of staff of Rospotrebnadzor in the field of consumer protection of financial services. A system is created within the joint project of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the World Bank "Assistance to increase in level of financial literacy of the population and to development of financial education in the Russian Federation".

Network Academy analyzed the technologies which are available for Rospotrebnadzor for the organization of training and suggested to use as the platform for the system of distance learning the software "Electronic textbook" which part the Active Textbook platform is.

Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare (2018)

Network Academy helped Rospotrebnadzor to select and configure a software platform and also prepared training materials on scope of consumer protection of financial services. Together with the customer the training center carried out huge work on creation and updating of content: significant changes in the legislation in the field of financial services and financial institutions which happened in 2015 - 2016 were considered.

In a project deliverable "the Network Academy Lanit" created 5 remote training courses with a total capacity of 78 class periods. Besides, the training center prepared and placed more than 100 information, reference and auxiliary materials in a system.

Within a pilot project skills in the field of consumer protection of financial services were improved by more than 1,000 employees of Territorial Departments and advice centers of Rospotrebnadzor from all regions of Russia. Thus, the system of distance learning and all training materials were successfully approved.

Throughout the entire period of implementation and system testing the training center gave methodical and technical support to the specialists of Rospotrebnadzor who are responsible for advanced training. At internal seminars representatives of "Network Academy LANIT" learned them to further development, updating of educational content and the organization of learning process by own efforts.
