"GOTEK" optimized conducting accounting and tax accounting with the help "1C: Accounting 8 CORP"

On April 5, 2018 the 1C-Rarus branch in St. Petersburg announced implementation project completion "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" in GOTEK group of companies. 100 jobs are automated.

Earlier regulated accounting in the company was kept in the programs reacting to changes of the legislation with delays. It involved substantial risks on untimely submission of reports and also selection of additional budgets on maintenance of relevance and operability of software products.

For process optimization the management of Management company of GOTEK group of companies selected the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP software product. The program supports accounting and tax accounting of organization activity with the separate divisions both selected, and not selected for separate balance.

As integrator the 1C-Rarus company was selected from St. Petersburg.

After implementation "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" there were significant changes in accounting process which allowed all users to work more effectively:

• unification of methods and methods of accounting and tax accounting at all enterprises of group is carried out, corrections are made to methodology of accounting. It allowed to create and analyze the consolidated statements automatically;
• accounting and tax accounting is kept in a common information space;
• conducting tax accounting and accounting of actual cost of unit of finished goods is automated;
• formation and transfer of tax statements in electronic form is supported.

Specialists 1C-Rarus showed high examination in the specifics of accounting and the reporting existing in our business. All assigned tasks are solved quickly and qualitatively therefore we hope for further effective cooperation.

Main project deliverables:

Experts 1C-Rarus transferred accounting to GOTEK companies on "1C: Accounting 8 CORP", factoring was automated. Data exchange with main system of production accounting is implemented. Within the project all regulated accounting was automated, the mechanism of lot-based accounting is developed for ensuring identity of data of quantitative and amount-based accounting with the third-party IC, completions for synchronization with an external system of managerial and production accounting are executed. The project proceeded 9 months. At this stage a system is brought into commercial operation, 100 jobs are automated. Today the GOTEK group of companies uses in work configured under the business system promoting fast and productive work of hundreds of users.

We are going to continue joint work about "1C-Rarus of SPb", growth of the company requires high-quality IT support and further implementations of modern accounting systems. We are going to develop and implement the reports allowing to reduce labor input and time of report generation for management accounting. In further plans of the company - development of electronic document management with external partners, implementation of internal document flow of the enterprises of group.
