"Alpha" optimizes delivery routes using the LogisticsMaster ANTOR system

The trade and logistic company of ALPHA, the distributor of PepsiCo, Nestle and P&G in the North Caucasus, announced on April 6, 2018 system implementation of optimization of delivery routes of ANTOR LogisticsMaster.

The company daily services clients in the territory of Dagestan and the neighboring republics: Ingushetia, Chechnya. For this purpose specially created vehicle fleet is assigned to 2 warehouses. A task – to achieve high utilization of vehicle fleet. Earlier for this purpose logisticians had to spend considerable time for manual routing of delivery in the accounting system. At the same time it did not consider characteristics of a road network and loads, including their compatibility.

According to the results of the carried-out test calculation and demonstration of the ANTOR LogisticsMaster program specialists of the Customer noted high quality and speed of automatic routing.

Within a preparatory stage of the project detailing of a number of localities on the North Caucasus ANTOR integrated card was carried in addition out. Implementation was performed according to the scheduled plan, and for the beginning of 2018 a system is put into commercial operation.

Implementation allowed to redistribute significantly workload of logisticians, to increase time for control of routes, to increase quality of their drawing up.
