"PEAK" installed a wireless automated system of control and accounting of ASKUV water

In February, 2018 it became known of completion of installation of a wireless automated system of control and accounting of water (ASKUV) in PIK group. At the heart of the solution — LPWAN technology from STRIZh company.

The tasks implemented within the project

For end-to-end and accurate accounting of water supply it was decided to implement in two new buildings automatic system of scheduling of metering devices. Employees "PEAK" started installation of 3,732 counters with the built-in LPWAN radio modem and installation on roofs of body No. 2 and No. 3 of two base stations.

The main and reserve stations collect data from the devices located in apartments from the 1st and on the 25th floor. Counters send to BS of the indication under the XNB radio protocol.

Project Progress

In the project progress works are performed:

• automatic collecting of indications from 933 apartments;
• transparent picture of water consumption and water disposal in two new body;
• automatic drawing of accounts to nearly one thousand owners;
• instant notifications about attempt to stop the counter a magnet.

Results of implementation of ASKUV "MARTIN"

Managing TSN "Mozhayka" traces a water consumption in 933 apartments "online" and sees each anomaly in a resource expense.

The board of TSN received:

• data of balance of water in the residential quarter in two clicks;
• the termination of plunders and manipulations with "smart" counters;
• unloading of data on water supply in 1C and GIS of housing and public utilities.
