The company was engaged in development of the sensors and network solutions for Internet of Things under the Martin brand applied in the systems of telemetry in housing sectors, security, the "smart" cities and agriculture.

In 2014 they managed to draw attention of the president Vladimir Putin. But in 2016 partners disaccorded and separated business.

Evgeny Akhmadishin headed the project on similar subject of "Vaviot" and in 2017 was arrested. Andrey Sinitsyn continued development of solutions under the Martin brand within Modern Radio of Technology (MRT) company. In 2018 it conceded this business to creators of the Platon system Igor Rotenberg and Alexander Shipelov.

History

2018

New owners of SRT – Igor Rotenberg and Igor Shipelov

In 2018 at Modern Radio of Technology (MRT) company the list of owners was replaced. According to base " circuit.focus ", the company left her initial founder Andrey Sinitsyn owning 80% of the company.

Its share passed to two new cofounders: to businessmen Igor Rotenberg and Andrey Shipelov. The first since October owns a share in 45%, the second – since June a share in 35%.

The share of one more cofounder – Pavel Staryuk who entered into the company in 2017 was left without changes and makes 20%.

Since October "Glonass-Tm" is registered as the SRT management company. Among its final owners there are also Igor Rotenberg and Igor Shipelov.

Andrey Sinitsyn preferred not to comment on TAdviser change of owners of the company. Could not comment on it and in SRT at the time of the publication of material. The secretary of SRT refused to connect by phone to the PR-manager Pavel Geyderikh.

The minister of digital development, communication and mass communications Konstantin Noskov in October in an interview of TAdviser told that he expects increase in demand for sensors for Internet of Things and cited this direction as an example, speaking about possible spheres of investments of large business within the Digital Economy national project.

Rotenberg and Shipelov are partners and in other businesses. For example, on the system of collection of a payment for use of roads of Plato. They are cofounders "RT-Invest the Transport Systems", the acting operator of Platon.

In 2017 partners also purchased 45% of National Telematic Systems (NTS) holding, created by the former vice president of Rostelecom Alexey Nashchekin.

Termination of activity of "Vaviot"

According to the USRLE, in April, 2018 Vaviot LLC stopped the activity. At the same time, as of October, 2018 under this brand the legal person "Telematic solutions" where Evgeny Akhmadishin was also a CEO works.

"Vaviot" created by Akhmadishin in 2016 (the legal person "Telematic solutions") since September, 2018 for 13% belongs to the CEO of development group of Coalco companies Alexander Kuznetsov, for 87% - the American company "Vaviot Integrated Systems". On the website Coalco "Vaviot" it is specified among key projects in which the development group is engaged.

In October, 2018 by phone specified on the website "Vaviot", the employee of the company told TAdviser that Akhmadishin does not work for them long ago.

2017

Evgeny Akhmadishin's arrest

In November, 2017 Evgeny Akhmadishin was arrested under the resolution of Basmanny Court of Moscow. Suspicion of fraud by Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal code which provides responsibility for the fraud committed by organized group or in especially large size became the basis for arrest.

Were also arrested by Basmanny Court the development director of Absolyut LLC Oleg Filippov suspected of embezzlement, selected for service and repair of an intelligent transport system of Moscow and the director of capital GKU "Directorate of an Overhaul" Alexander Shukyurov suspected of fraud. 2016

Creation of the new company - "Vaviot"

In 2016 as a result of separation Martin of Telematics was it is created the new company - Vaviot LLC. Evgeny Akhmadishin was appointed in it the CEO. The company began to be engaged in activity, similar with Martin of Telematics — development of solutions LPWAN and creation of LPWAN network.

"Вавиот" not only develops LPWAN network, but also makes sensors — for example, the "smart" counters of water connected to a wireless network and transferring on it indications. Systems for housing and public utilities inherited experience of development of systems for control of a road flow, created Martin of Telematics in 2011.

Decision on the section of "Strizh-Telematiki"

In 2016 Martin of Telematics it was separated. Disagreements concerning the development strategy between co-founders of the project Andrey Bakumenko and Evgeny Akhmadishin who in the amount possessed 55% of the company, and her CEO Andrey Sinitsyn became the reason of it.

2015

Resident status Skolkovo

The MARTIN Telematics company – developer of solutions in the field of Machine to Machine and Internet of Things founded on wireless LPWAN technologies – received the status of the resident of a cluster of space and telecommunication technologies of Skolkovo Foundation. The company is engaged in development, implementation and support of systems on remote data collection of telemetry in several industries: Housing and public utilities, transport, security, agriculture.

Business development

In 2015 partners also began sales of counters for electricity. Monthly sale of "Strizh-Telematiki" in 2016 made 2000–3000 counters of water and electricity. The check of management companies varies from 500 thousand rubles to several million for party counters. Then customers pay monthly for technical support and use of a personal account on the website "Strizh-Telematiki" in which it is possible to process data retrieveds.

Regional dealers of whom in 2016 about 25% of revenue of "Strizh-Telematiki" were the share helped to agree with management companies to them. About 20% of income were brought by export — integrators and producers of counters resold Strizh-Telematiki devices to management companies in Europe, the USA and Asia.

In four years entrepreneurs invested in business about 100 million rubles, including the reinvested profit. After that they began to master new scopes of LPWAN technology. For example, bank: several tens of modems were sold to the company specializing in the security systems — for installation on ATMs for the purpose of the notification about cracking. It is important to retail networks to trace tens of parameters in warehouses and in trading floors for control of climate, electricity consumption, etc.

Founders Martin of Telematics calculated that the Russian housing and public utilities in general need more than 400 million different counters. They calculated what will drive up demand for new sensors 209-FZ according to which since July, 2016 information should be provided for calculations of utility payments only in electronic form.

2014: Putin became interested in the project

In July, 2014 the Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a number of instructions according to the results of a meeting with participants of the forum "Internet Entrepreneurship in Russia". Among them there was order to the Government of Moscow to study offers of IIDF on system implementation of remote accounting and systematization of the utility resources given about consumption. This initiative had to promote the implementing solutions "Martin"[2].

During the conversation at a forum Vladimir Putin asked Andrey Sinitsyn, having listened to the short project description — why it is necessary if for the expense accounting of resources there are already counters?[3]. Sinitsyn answered it that in Russia very few utility counters are connected to the systems of remote monitoring. At best electric — on wires. Readings are taken from the others manually that in itself an opportunity for an error and for providing approximate values leaves. But the main thing that many counters, for example, practically all water, are located in apartments, and reading of data from them entirely is on conscience of citizens.

2013: Start of sales

Sales of counters of water started with LPWAN modem in the summer of 2013. Sinitsyn and Akhmadishin ordered assembly of modems to the Russian producer which name was not opened. Several months left on construction completion to receive sending range on the base station on distance to 40–50 km.

2010: Beginning of product development

The co-founder Martin of Telematics which was engaged in sale of solutions under the Martin brand to SRT, - the graduate of MIPT Evgeny Akhmadishin. It worked in KPMG and Deloitte where advised the technology companies and also in Mint Capital venture fund the investment director. The idea to be engaged in distribution of the sensors monitoring movements of objects which were made by the large European producer who did not adjust sales of the devices in Russia yet came to its mind. Akhmadishin assumed that sensors can be delivered for accounting of number of cars on roads and parkings.

In partners Akhmadishin called Andrey Sinitsyn with whom he got acquainted in KPMG — it at that time worked in A1 investment company.

The sensors of the European company brought to Russia, by recognition Akhmadishin, did not meet expectations. He, in particular, found defect in a method of data transmission of the import counters working at the ZigBee protocol. Having brought together familiar old contacts engineers in MIPT, the former investment director remade algorithms of sensors under work with the new LPWAN protocol.

The graduate of MIPT Yury Birchenko was one of the main technology partners of Akhmadishin at that stage. Later it founded the Nwave company which is engaged in development of a cloud platform for the intercomputer interaction and IoT-devices using which sensors could exchange data and save battery power.

Akhmadishin with colleagues created own LPWAN option. In 2012 partners released prototypes of counters with LPWAN modem. The solution seemed to them ideal for housing sector. As Sinitsyn explained earlier, in Russia the housing and public utilities give 6–7% of annual GDP, it is the huge industry and a huge field for automation. Potential buyers — the management companies wishing to collect far off statistics of water consumption by residents and to monitor unauthorized interventions in operation of devices.
