"Condominium 454" was set by the 450th LPWAN counters

In January, 2018 it became known of completion of installation of a wireless automated system of control and accounting of water (ASKUV) in "Condominium 454". At the heart of the solution — LPWAN technology from STRIZh company.

The tasks implemented within the project

450 "smart" hydrometers in 10 days mounted plumbers of a partnership. The base station Star to which on a radio channel indications come from metering devices partners "MARTIN" in Nizhny Novgorod set Kern LLC in 1.5 hours.

Implementation of "smart" scheduling did not involve additional costs from inhabitants — ASKUV was set on money of a reserve fund of a partnership.

• "online" without regular bypasses of apartments removes an expense;
• does not calculate average indications in the absence of data from counters;
• keeps end-to-end account of all house and unloads data in 1C and GIS of housing and public utilities;
• does not do recalculations "according to the standard" to those who did not submit the indication more than 3 months.

Results of implementation of ASKUV "MARTIN"

In 2 months after system implementation "MARTIN", the collecting from consumers for HVS and the WAN increased approximately by 25%, not balances on HVS and the WAN were reduced to 1%.

That 454 Condominium received:

• the board takes readings "online";
• will not organize bypasses — release of personnel and tranquility of inhabitants;
• does not do recalculation "according to the standard" to those who did not hand over the indication more than 3 months;
• ODN is reduced to 0.15 m ³ on a cold water and to 0.1 m ³ — on hot;
• economy — up to 40,000 rubles a month due to end-to-end accounting.
