The City-XXI Century development group put the residential quarter of "Life paint" into operation

In February, 2018 it became known of completion of equipping of a new building of "Life paint" a wireless accounting system with a total area of 179,800 thousand sq.m by City-XXI Century development group. At the heart of the solution — LPWAN technology from STRIZh company.

Project Progress

Construction of the residential quarter of "Life paint" in Vidnoye situated near Moscow was in full swing. The department of design made the decision to equip three body:

• automated system of control and accounting of water supply (ASKUV);
• automated system of control and accounting of heat (ASKUT).
• Designers "City-XXI Century" defined that the best method cheap and quickly to install an accounting system in an apartment house — to make it while the house is under construction.

Results of implementation of ASKUV "MARTIN"

Thanks to implementation of "smart" metering devices, the builder cut down expenses on scheduling of houses by 1.9 times.

• Wireless collecting of indications allows to do without the project documentation for installation of solutions on accounting of heat, water, electricity;
• Simple architecture of network: one BS collects indications since all quarter;
• Convenient installation and commissioning: installation jointly with building;
• Ready-made solution: it is not necessary to configure metering devices — they work "from a box".

The Radeks Management Company (MC) to which the builder reports houses to service:

• will receive a reliable and modern engineering system;
• will cut down maintenance expenses of the residential quarter;
• will begin to consider resources of each apartment from the moment of input of the house in operation.
• Residents of the quarter of "Life paint" will pay not "on regulation", and is strict for the consumed water or warmly. They will forget about monthly rewriting of the indication — for them it will make the "smart" counter.

The solution with the wireless system of collecting of accounting of indications seemed to us interesting even at the first acquaintance. Digits were the most convincing: we counted that in comparison with the wire systems, the wireless equipment "MARTIN" is capable to reduce our costs for installation twice.
