Yartsevo Condominium operates an automated system of control and accounting of MARTIN water

In January, 2018 it became known of completion of implementation of an automated system of control and accounting of MARTIN water in Yartsevo Condominium. At the heart of the solution — LPWAN technology from STRIZh company.

The tasks solved within the project

The number of counters increased by 4 times and brought equipment of the house "smart" devices to 70%. In 144 apartments at 4-6 metering stations 396 counters with the radio module are mounted. Indications of times from them in day are accepted by the base station "MARTIN" set on the rooftop. The hourly, daily expense is displayed in a personal account of board in the Martin.Cloud program. Access to the cloud applicaion for board of condominium — free.

The accountant of board creates and calculates balance of water consumption and water disposal from 95 apartments for 2 cliques. All data are automatically unloaded from a personal account of board.

Project Progress

During operation the apartment whose owner "twisted" data of an expense was revealed. The psychological effect of notifications affected even those owners who did not deliver MARTIN devices — all report right indications.

Results of Implementation

• Automatic wireless scheduling.
• Reduced not balance by 20% in comparison with the same period without "MARTIN".
• The accountant receives indications from one source.
• Import of data on the consumed resources to 1C for instant calculation of payments.
• Signaling about frauds with the counter increased discipline of inhabitants — there are no theft attempts any more.

• Inhabitants of condominium are happy: do not rewrite the indication — all data are transferred automatically.

We have a small condominium but even at such volumes, only two houses, unloading of meter readings became much more conveniently and quicker. Now it takes not several hours, and literally 5 minutes.
