Biography

Gennady was born on June 17, 1959 in the city of Povorino of the Voronezh region of RSFSR.

In 1981 graduated from the Leningrad institute of engineers of railway transport majoring in "Operation of the railroads".

In 1981 began to work as the person on duty on the Medvedevo station of Bologovsky department of Oktyabrskaya Railway.

Worked as the station agent of Bologoye, the chief of Bologovsky department of OZhD.

In 1996 and for 1998 worked as the head of administration of Bologovsky district of the Tver region.

Was the deputy chief of the Moscow department of Oktyabrskaya Railway.

Worked as the deputy chief of Oktyabrskaya Railway on transportations, the first deputy.

Became the first deputy of Oktyabrskaya Railway – Russian Railway branch of JSC on passenger traffic, the head of the department of passenger traffics of JSC "Russian Railways".

Since 2013 and in 2015 was the head of the department of management of a business block Passenger traffic of JSC "Russian Railways".

In November, 2015 it is appointed the vice president – the chief of the Central directorate of infrastructure of JSC "Russian Railways".

In 2017 it is appointed the deputy CEO – the chief of the Central directorate of infrastructure of JSC "Russian Railways".

For April 10, 2018 Gennady Viktorovich Verkhovykh works as the deputy CEO – the chief of the Central directorate of infrastructure of JSC "Russian Railways". Responsible for infrastructure questions.
