Kobzev Sergey Alekseyevich

Biography

Sergey was born on July 9, 1964 in the village the Russian Ford of Verkhovsky district of the Oryol region.

In 1986 graduated from the Moscow institute of engineers of railway transport majoring in the engineer of means of communication, the electrician.

In 1998 underwent retraining in academy of national economy at the Government of the Russian Federation according to the "Improvement of Management of Economy and Finance of Railway Transport" program.

Since 1986 worked at different positions on the Moscow, Southeast and North Caucasian railroads:

• in 1986 - the assistant driver of an electric locomotive of locomotive depot Ryazan of the Moscow Railway,
• worked as the senior manager on locomotives, the lead engineer, the head of department of locomotive economy of the Ryazan department of the Moscow Railway,
• chief of the locomotive Fish depot,
• the first deputy chief of the Ryazan department,
• chief of Liskinsky department of the South Eastern Railway,
• deputy chief of the North Caucasian railroad,
• chief of the Moscow and Ryazan department of the Moscow Railway, deputy chief, chief engineer of the Moscow Railway,
• Head of Department of locomotive economy of JSC "Russian Railways".

Since 2007 affected positions of the first deputy head of JSC Research Institute of Railway Transport.

In 2009 and for 2011 directed the Kuibyshev railroad (KBSHZHD).

In 2011 it is appointed the chief of the Center for technology coordination – structural division of Russian Railways open joint stock company.

In 2014 was the technical director of Transmashholding Ltd.

In 2015 received a position of the chief of the Northern railroad.

In 2017 it is appointed to the position of the senior vice president and at the same time chief engineer of JSC "Russian Railways".

For April 10, 2018 Sergey Alekseyevich Kobzev works at a position of the deputy CEO - the chief engineer of JSC "Russian Railways".
