Biography

Oleg was born on October 21, 1961 in Leningrad.

In 1986 graduated from the Leningrad technical school of railway transport of F.E. Dzerzhinsky in "Operation of the railroads".

In 1997 got an education in the St. Petersburg state transport university in "The organization of transportations and management on transport".

In 1980 began to work as the pupil of the acceptor of trains, the person on duty, the chief of the cargo area, the deputy chief of the station of Leningrad-Sortirovochny-Moskovsky of Oktyabrskaya Railway.

Worked as the chief of the St. Petersburg directorate of cargo and commercial work of Oktyabrskaya Railway.
