Provided to the Tyumen doctors new opportunities of a medical information system

2019

The medical information system of the Tyumen region created on the 1C Platform is one of functionally developed MIS in Russia. Significant changes happened in 2019: several MIS new blocks which help to organize medical care by the patient with cardiovascular and oncological diseases were developed at once, to conduct immunoprevention, to organize prof surveys and many other things.

'The technical specialists, analysts understanding specifics of informatization of health care take part in development of functionality of MIS. But especially we appreciate joint work with professional medical community when doctors generate the new ideas for creation of the effective solutions meeting needs of both health workers, and patients' — Andrey Lozitsky, the director of the resource center '1C-Meditsina-Region' noted.

For example, the subsystem "Obstetrics and gynecology" gives to the doctor automatic interpretation of results on rating scales of the state of health of the pregnant woman. Also in the automatic mode the doctor can observe dynamics and be discharged an increase of weight of the pregnant woman and calculation of mass of a fruit. The subsystem of delivery of health care to patients with oncological diseases allows to reveal suspicions of an oncological disease at early stages. At the same time signing up in the oncological center is created automatically after formation by the doctor in an information system of the route sheet of the patient (the list of researches which need to be passed for confirmation of the diagnosis). In the route sheet there is a function of control of the status, i.e. signing up in oncology center becomes active at once as soon as the patient passed all necessary researches. If suspicion on development of an oncological disease was not confirmed, signing up in oncology center is automatically cancelled. If the patient after all needs consultation of specialists of profile medical institution, then results of all researches passed according to the route sheet automatically are attached to the direction in oncology center.

2018

The company Postgres Professional by request "1C-Meditsina-Region" booked at the beginning of 2018 audit and setup DBMS PostgreSQL based on which it functions ERP system "1C: Medicine. The region", providing automation of activity of treatment and prevention facilities Tyumen region. At the beginning of 2018 the 1C-Meditsina-Region company with assistance of Postgres Professional transferred to PostgreSQL all information bases on the platform "1C: Enterprise" for two largest medical organizations of area - it is about 1350 at the same time working users. In the course of audit of DBMS monitoring and backup, stream replication was configured, the recommendations about performance improvement, security and fault tolerance of a system are issued.

2015

Since 2015. The center of information technologies of the Tyumen region implements the large project on automation of the organizations of the industry health care. Under this task it was specially developed ERP- a system "1C:Medicine. The region" on 1C: Enterprise the 8.3 platform. Uniqueness of a system "1C: Medicine. The region" consists in automation of all aspects of activity of the medical organization at once. The medical circuit is integrated with modules warehouse and accounting, payroll, dietetics, with the laboratory systems. The program allows to collect and do a cut of analitiko-statistical information on the health care industry for acceptance of management decisions at the level of the region.

Based on audit in a system "1C: Medicine. The region" thin setup and optimization of the Russian Postgres Pro database management system developed by Postgres Professional company and entering the unified register of the Russian software is performed. According to the agreement, specialists of Postgres Professional will also give technical support and the help in work to a system "1C: Medicine. The region" on Postgres Pro DBMS.

"At the moment in a system about 1800 simultaneous users work, until the end of 2019 their number will increase to 6000. A medical part of a system is operated in mode 24*7. Ensuring proper working capacity and fault tolerance of a system of such scale requires involvement of professionals of the high level therefore we recruited in the Postgres Professional project.
