The tool automated all processes related to labeling: from the issue of codes to their accounting for retail sales - all this is for both Russian and imported goods.

Optimizing Purchasing Planning with TXT Retail

On July 30, 2018, KORUS Consulting announced the completion of a project to optimize procurement planning in the off-price chain of Familia stores based on TXT Retail. The system will allow you to create an optimal procurement budget, taking into account the needs of stores and the financial goals of the company.

Previously, planning processes in Familia were carried out in spreadsheet formats, however, with the growth of business, the labor intensity of working with such a model increased significantly. To support the dynamics of development, the company opted for the TXT Retail platform, a specialized solution for end-to-end automation of fashion retail planning processes from the American vendor Aptos. Business consulting and implementation of the system was entrusted to KORUS Consulting Group.

The system allows you to carry out pre-season planning taking into account many factors - from the peculiarities of purchasing behavior in a particular store to changing market trends. Based on financial targets, TXT Retail generates a budget and monitors its implementation. The solution is a tool for monitoring revenue and balance targets as well as the procurement plan.

Migrating to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 platform

On May 3, 2018, KORUS Consulting announced the completion of the project to introduce the ERP system in the Familia trading network. The retailer's merchandising processes will support a comprehensive solution on the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 platform.

Previously, Familia used an ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which over time could not support business growth and development. Familia management decided to implement an accounting system that meets the requirements of the company. The choice was made in favor of the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 platform, and CORUS Consulting was chosen as the implementation partner.

As a result of the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, a tool was created to create new items in the directory for several million items - the system allows you to contribute several hundred thousand items of the assortment monthly. Also during the project, the process of processing goods movement documents with a volume of up to 50,000 lines was optimized.

The accounting system being implemented was integrated with the retailer's existing information systems: a WMS system based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, a POS system based on the SAP platform and a 1C accounting system. The installed ERP system displays all production operations and updates the data on all functions of the retailer's activities in a timely manner, which helps the company's management to effectively monitor the network and quickly make management decisions.
