The resource center "1C-Meditsina-Region" announced on December 27, 2019 that the state information management system resources of the medical organizations of the Tyumen region (IC URMO THAT) created based on software products of a line of 1C: Medicine and the protected software package "1C:Enterprise 8.3z" underwent the procedure of certification of FSTEC and is recognized the regulating documentation conforming to requirements for information security.

A system is a component of the state information system "A regional segment of the Single state information system in the field of health care" UNIFORM STATE HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEM (RS), has the 2nd class and the 2nd level of security. Thus, in GIS information processing, not being the state secret is allowed.

Evaluation tests showed that the organization structure and level of training of specialists provide maintenance of a class and level of security GIS in use according to the set requirements.

"The certificate of compliance" is issued for three years.

2018: 1C: Medicine is implemented in all departments of hospitals of regional hospitals No. 1 and 2

On May 4, 2018 "1C Company announced what in the Center of Information Technologies of the Tyumen region (CIT THAT) was provided by intermediate results of informatization of a health care system of the Tyumen region using the products "1C: Medicine".

As of May, 2018 ERP systems of 1C: Medicine are implemented in all departments of hospitals of the largest regional clinical hospitals No. 1 and No. 2. The functionality of a medical information system is integrated into them: administration of flows of patients, billing, electronic medical records, information systems for auxiliary services and paraclinic and also a management system for financial and economic activity of medical institution.

Automation of all basic processes is executed according to the methodical recommendations about ensuring functionality of medical information systems of the medical organizations (MIES MO) (approved Ministry of Health RUSSIAN FEDERATION on February 1, 2016).

Thanks to informatization of a health care system, department of health care of the region available online to more than 30 performance indicators of work of medical institutions: the analysis of load of surgeons, control of the patients taking more than 5 medicine, control of repeatedly arriving patients, the analysis of load of beds, appointment and control of timely execution of medicines, etc.

Planning of treatment in experimental design bureau 1 and experimental design bureau 2 is performed taking into account actual balances of medicines, in departments excesses of medicines are not formed. Automation of personal write-off of medicines made this process transparent and completely controlled. Only due to optimization of accounting of medicines and supplies in 2017 it was succeeded to lower their stocks only in one experimental design bureau 1 by 103 million rubles (for 39% in comparison with indicators of 2016) - at the same time without decline in quality and availability of medical care, reported in department of health care of the Tyumen region.

In 2018 the Center of Information Technologies of the Tyumen region will continue deployment of the systems of a line of 1C: Medicine and transfer of medical institutions of area on the platform of 1C. In 2018 a system began to use Health in the Tyumen clinic No. 8 and KDTs. Until the end of 2018 implementation in four regional hospitals and thirteen clinics is planned, and until the end of 2019 will be a part of the system all medical organizations having a connectivity to TSITTO'S DPC.
