2019: More than 4700 clients of "WEB LEASING" passed to electronic document management

On July 22, 2019 the Directum company reported that more than a half of its active organizations clients refused paper supporting documents.

Within a year connected more than 840 clients of JSC VEB-LEASING in Moscow to e-document flow — 67% of the list of the organizations transferred to work. In regions over 3800 companies (53%) refused paper supporting documents.

At mass connection of partners we always adhere to one of two positions — the ultimatum or recommendations. Exchange of electronic documents for clients of JSC VEB-LEASING — the non-compulsory provision of cooperation therefore at work planning we selected the second strategy,

In the project of connection of clients used soft methods and tools of motivation. Among them information messages in a personal account of the client and on the website of VEB-leasing company, the training webinars, call-down and personal consultations. In parallel with these works the staff of Synerdocs configured roaming exchange of documents with clients who work in other e-document flow services.

Recommendatory strategy yielded good results. Also success was affected by an active position of the joint-stock company "WEB LEASING. The company management is really interested in electronic document management — employees were trained to bases of e-document flow and now advise clients concerning work in services of exchange,

Results of automation of work with partners

On December 19, 2018 the Directum company announced connection of clients of VEB-leasing company to Synerdocs service since May, 2018. In 7 months passed more than 3000 lessees to electronic document management. Thanks to mass connection of clients to service the company reduced costs, accelerated exchange of primary documentation and reduced time for adjustment of incoming documents with errors.

Staff of JSC VEB-LEASING creates accounting documents in information system 1C. Since December, 2017 the supporting documents automatically go to the partners registered in service of exchange Synerdocs.

In May, 2018 the management of JSC VEB-LEASING made the decision on mass connection of clients to electronic document management (e-document flow).

The company selected recommendatory strategy — without ultimatum and strict requirements. For this reason decided to use information channels:

  • website of JSC VEB-LEASING;
  • messages in a personal account of the client;
  • the training webinars;
  • email mailing;
  • call-down.

The main project deliverable — more than 3000 partners for December, 2018 already passed to e-document flow. Connection continues: weekly in Synerdocs service 60-80 clients of the company are registered.

Synerdocs implementation

The Directum company announced on April 7, 2018 automation in VEB-leasing company of work with partners based on the solution Synerdocs.

"WEB LEASING" – the company of leasing in the Russian market which staff work in a common information space since 2010.

JSC VEB-LEASING is the universal leasing company

Thanks to the integration solution 1C and DIRECTUM finance documents are created in the accounting system and automatically unloaded in ECM- a system where there pass all stages of approval. Work with synchronized data reduces labor input of accounting.

Transition to electronic interaction with partners became logical development of information environment in the company. For this purpose in 2017 WEB LEASING announced the tender for services of the operator of e-document flow. The victory in tender was won by Synerdocs service.

In December, 2017 the joint project with the Center of Implementation of Document Flow company started. Specialists of Synerdocs and the partner were faced by tasks:

  • reduce the volume of paper document flow of the company;
  • get rid of a non-return of the signed closing documents;
  • exclude difficulties of archiving and inconvenient document retrieval;
  • automate work with documents and increase quality of interaction of employees within key business processes.

In March, 2018 began to connect partners to electronic exchange.

On a response of the customer, more than 150 thousand electronic UPD a month, convenient archive and the guaranteed delivery of documents — the first results of implementation of Synerdocs in "WEB LEASING". In plans of the company — transition to exchange of other types of electronic documents and connection to service over 40 thousand partners.

More than 1100 companies exchange with us in service. Through Synerdocs they receive the closing documents. We send them directly from 1C. At the same time we do not want to be limited only UPD, we also consider transfer to an electronic form of purchase and sale agreements, leasing and other documents which are processed on paper now and concern all directions of interaction with partners, clients and suppliers.
