"Sviaz-Bank" completed system implementation "Dynamika-single window"

On May 7, 2018 the Dinamika company announced completion of process of system implementation "Dynamika-single window" in PJSC JSB Svyaz-Bank.

According to the results of implementation in a system it is possible to perform more than 200 transactions at all stages of work with products of natural persons: Credits, Deposits, Plastic cards, Transfers, Safe deposit boxes, Long instructions, Letters of credit, RBS, Payments of DIA. The universal workplace of the operator created in a project deliverable at the same time includes the Credit pipeline, Retail analytics and a Back office system.

The management of PJSC JSB Svyaz-Bank noted the first results of implementation of the ergonomic interface:

• average speed of service of users increased twice;
• the quantity of the mistakes made by operators during the work decreased by 4 times;
• time of training in work in a system takes only 1 day;
• the satisfaction of users grew.

The single window allows to create jobs for the employees working outside bank including from mobile devices.

Representatives of integrator emphasized that the system of service "Dynamika-single window" interacts with banking systems by the principle of online services. Such approach allowed to exclude need of creation of difficult ETL processes for synchronization and to work with the data which are directly in systems sources.

The solution architecture is constructed using Open source a component that allowed:

• receive high reliability and performance without acquisition of expensive licenses;
• work in the cluster mode, providing high fault tolerance;
• install updates without stopping applications, so work 24/7.

The Dinamika company in addition provided to PJSC JSB Svyaz-Bank a set of automatic tests covering all range of the business processes implemented in the Single Window. Completely automated procedure of regression testing takes no more than 6 hours and is held before each updating of a system at night.

"Single window" not only integrates different core banking systems, but also simplifies the interface of work of the user. At implementation conceptual processing of ergonomics of a workplace of the operator is made. Its purpose - to accelerate each business process, having made it intuitive and the fastest.
