After many years of SAP implementation, Rosatom decided to be engaged in import substitution with Galaktika

2018: Cooperation with Galaktika

On May 15, 2018 Rosatom and Galaktika signed the agreement on cooperation. It is directed to promotion of the domestic software for the purpose of substitution of foreign solutions and formation of "the industry import-independent digital platform", says the companies.

Besides, Rosatom and Galaktika intend to perform cooperation within implementation of the Digital Economy program.

In the companies at the time of release of the message could not specify TAdviser what import products are going to be substituted with solutions of Galaktika. From import ERP, in particular, in Rosatom the SAP software is most widely used. Within the program of transformation of IT in state corporation of 2009-2015. At the enterprises of Rosatom with turnover more than 3 billion rubles SAP was implemented, and with smaller turnover - "1C"^[1].

"Galaktika" can press SAP in Rosatom

As the main ERP platform, for example, SAP is used in the operator of nuclear power stations - Rosenergoatom and at the Tekhsnabeksport enterprise which is also a part of Rosatom. In these Rosatom companies announced transition to SAP ERP in 2017 and 2018.

Solutions of Galaktika are also already used in Rosatom, but in much smaller scales. Galaktika told TAdviser that cooperation of their company with Rosatom began since the beginning of the 2000th years when at Chemical steel works in 2001 the Galaktika ERP on more, than 100 jobs was implemented. Further on the same product projects of automation of activity TVEL (2002), by WIP (2006), NIKIET were implemented (2008).

For problems of the investment management in the field of the capital investments the Galaktika of SUIP system was used. A user of this solution is Rosenergoatom where a system since 2007 is in continuous operation.

The signature of this agreement is essentially new stage of our cooperation with Rosatom state corporation. Further the road map of interaction which will be announced separately will be developed, - told TAdviser in Galaktika answering a question of what products of Galaktika are going to be implemented in Rosatom.
