Biography

Pavel Alekseyevich Lubensky was born in 1953.

Graduated from the Krasnodar polytechnical institute majoring in "Thermal power plants" with qualification assignment "engineer-heatpower engineering specialist".

From 1980 to 1983 - the engineer, the senior engineer, the acting chief of the TMO TSNIP laboratory Directorate of the Smolensk NPP Under Construction.

In 1983-1984 - the chief of laboratory of a payment order "SMATE".

In 1984-1985 - the driver-inspector on the turbine equipment of turbine workshop of the Smolensk NPP.

In 1985-1988 - the shift supervisor of turbine workshop of department of inservice training, the shift supervisor of the Smolensk NPP - the instructor of a unique selling proposition, the instructor of the 2nd category of department of inservice training of UTTs of a payment order "SMATE".

From June, 1988 to September, 1988 - the Shift supervisor of the turbine workshop (TW) of the Rostov NPP.

From September, 1988 to November, 1998 - the engineer on control of the turbine, the shift supervisor of TTs-2, the deputy chief of change of the station, the deputy chief of shopping center on operation of the Smolensk NPP.

From 1998 to 2002 - the Head of administration of Desnogorsk.

From 2002 to September, 2016 - the associate director of nuclear power plant on reorganization and the property relations, the Chief inspector, then the Associate director of the Smolensk NPP on the general questions.

Since September, 2016 it is appointed to the position of the Deputy CEO - directors of the branch of JSC Rosenergoatom Concern "Smolensk nuclear power plant".

For May 16, 2018 Pavel Alekseyevich Lubensky works as the deputy CEO – the director of the branch of JSC Rosenergoatom Concern "Smolensk nuclear power plant"^[1].
