Association of the Enterprises of Technical Means of Security (AETMS)

Purposes of association

• warning of damnification of life and to health of individuals, property of physical persons and legal entities, the state and municipal property, by means of quality improvement of execution of works and rendering services in the field of design, production, installation and maintenance of technical means of security (access control systems);
• participation in programs of public and private partnership and development of mechanisms of public control in warning of harm of life and health of individuals, property of physical persons and legal entities, the state and municipal property in the field of design, productions, installation and maintenance of the technical systems and security aids (access control system).

Tasks

• study of the legislative and regulatory base for the purpose of development of industry standards of the sphere of business activity on design, production, installation and maintenance of control systems of access, formation industry SRO;
• development and deployment of the latest interactive systems of security (access control) connected including, to the Internet, for the purpose of operational data exchange with law enforcement agencies for control, identification and prevention of crimes and violations in the field of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the place of installation;
• development of the Security Entrance Territory program, within the CAPITAL program SAFE;
• coordination the actions with law enforcement agencies and the NSB system, together with coordination council of NSB Russian Federation, the Union of OSO, Expert advice of the Moscow City Duma Commission on Security;
• formation of public mechanisms, including the Public reception, regulations of the sphere of design, production, installation and maintenance of technical means of security (access control systems), together with residents of Moscow and Moscow area, Public chamber of Russia, the Government of Moscow, the Moscow City Duma, Coordination council of NSB Russian Federation.
