Rostelecom will use NSD services and JSC New Logger

On May 21, 2018 the NSD announced that Rostelecom will use services of electronic vote of NSD and JSC New Logger.

During mailing of voting bulletins from May 29 to June 15, 2018 and also on June 18, 2018 during an annual general meeting shareholders Rostelecom will have an opportunity at the same time to use the systems of remote vote E-voting of NSD and JSC New Logger.

Vote online by filling of an electronic form of bulletins and also studying of the agenda and materials of a meeting will be available to participants. The synergy of services of the companies will allow to offer shareholders the maximum list of services during the vote, guarantees security and confidentiality.
